Ismael Ajzenszlos is the Partner Director of Ajzenszlos & Associates an Argentine consultancy firm founded in 2008 (www.careercounseling.com.ar), devoted to Careers Planning, Coaching and Outplacement programs. Being a former oilman he performed as Communications and Training Director at the IAPG (Argentine Oil and Gas Institute (www.iapg.org.ar) the leading technical forum supported by most of the oil and gas companies.
Has teaching experience as Associate Professor to the career of Industrial Relations at the Argentine University of Enterprises (UADE), and as head of Esso SAPA (Exxon) Training department. Also held many seminaries and workshops at official and private Argentine professional institutions.
Member of the Association of Career Professionals International since 1990, he served as member of its World Council member from 2001 to 2007, and as President of its Argentina Chapter from 2002 to 2008.

Robin Ball has over 30 years experience of both managing operations and developing people. Following a first career in the Royal Navy, he specialised in Human Resource Development and worked in a range of industries from oil services to travel. He founded MDS in Hong Kong in 1995, followed by MDS OI Partners (part of the world's largest career consulting partnership) in 1998.
In the last 10 years MDS has grown into a specialist supplier of leadership training and executive coaching programmes. During and immediately after university Hans Fiedler spent some years in Hungary where he worked as an interpreter and sociologist and as a consultant in reorganizational projects. Following a first career in retail in Hamburg, Hans specialised in Human Resources Development in 1989 and has been in the Career Services Industry ever since. He started as a researcher and later became a consultant with Boyden, one of the leading international executive search firms. Founder and CEO of C-F-S Career Management, recently appointed a Career Management Fellow, CMF by the Institute of Career Certification International, ICC. A pioneer in the career management field, Bruce's interest in mentoring and career planning developed from his association with The Australian Institute of Travel & Tourism (A.I.T.T.) as President during the late 1980's and early 1990's. During this time he was the senior marketing and sales executive at P&O Cruises and Resorts in Australia.
In 2005, he was appointed Australian President of the Global Association of Career Professionals International (ACPI), the World's Voice on Career Issues www.acpinternational.org.
A long serving National Chairman, Australian Institute of Travel & Tourism, a peak professional body, Bruce was the driving force behind licensing and training standards, together with The Australian Federation of Travel Agents. This was later formalised as the Australia Travel Training Review Council, of which Bruce was a director. In 2000 he was elevated to Life Member.
Bruce became a Trustee of CEDA (Committee on Economic Development of Australia) in 2004. He is a past member of the NSW State Ministerial Advisory Task Force and was an active board member of NSW Division of Tourism's peak body, Tourism Council of Australia, from the mid 1980's. Bruce pursued a training and mentoring career path on retiring from his senior executive role in a multinational company in 1993, to commence a new career path in Shipping, Telecommunications and finally Human Resources where he specialises in Headhunting, Executive Coaching and Career Management and Career Restructuring.
He spent two years in "Communications" learning about IT and Telco, and also enhancing his mentoring skills at the beginning of Telco deregulation. In 1998 he joined another career management company in Sydney, prior to creating Careers First Step. Careers First Step the forerunner to C-F-S Career Management was created in late 2000, principally to assist graduates find their career paths and actually achieve their goals. Bruce acknowledges the competitive nature of the Global job markets by launching a series of E-Career Training Programs to cater to those who require complete discretion and full support to make a transition. Jutta König was born in Washington DC, has a German passport and lived as a child in France, Australia, Zimbabwe, Germany and the Netherlands. She studied clinical psychology at Leiden university in the Netherlands and did her postgraduate psychotherapy training in Germany.
She started her career developing a four year doctor patient communication curriculum at the University of Maastricht. Then developed a two year postgraduate curriculum for health managers and a four year curriculum in the upcoming field of organisation and information technology. In 1985 she started her own company, Moving Experience , living and working as a psychotherapist, coach and consultant in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Singapore.
On returning from Asia she started working as a psychologist and coach with van Ede and Partners, the oldest career consultancy company in the Netherlands and is currently finishing her PhD on bicultural identity.
Van Ede and Partners published her bilingual (English/Dutch) book of case studies called Birds of Passage/Trekvogels in 2008, in which career coaches describe their growing awareness of intercultural complexity while coaching clients from different cultural backgrounds. She is married and has three children, of which the youngest has just started at university and the older two are starting their own careers.
