John Fitzgerald is the Founder and MD of Harmonics Career Crafting Ltd and Managing Partner OI Partners Ireland. www.harmonics.ie He has built a reputation over the past decade as one of Ireland’s leading career coaches. John’s company Harmonics partner with leading blue chip clients in Ireland including Telefonica, Glaxo Smithline, Tyco, Baxter Healthcare, Pfizer, Aviva, as well as public sector organisations such as the Central Bank, Universities and the Health Services Executive. He has written “Managing Your own Career” and “Self Marketing for Success” which are used by participants on Harmonics ‘Career Transition Programmes’. John has also been the brainchild behind a new innovative online career development toolkit My Career Journey which is being used by Vodafone as part of their talent management strategy.

John was co-founder of the Association for Coaching in Ireland in 2006 and acted as Head of Communications until 2009. He is a certified Career Coach and Executive Coach. He is a Career Management Fellow, serves as a global ambassador for The Institute of Career Certification International and was appointed a Governor to the Board in 2011.
