Bill Pitcher, CMF

Bill has a Master of Arts Degree from the University of De Montfort and is a qualified Career Management Fellow of the Institute for Career Certification International (ICC International).He was elected as a Governor to the worldwide Board of ICC International in January 2007.
He is an active member of The Association of Career Professionals International, a global association for career practitioners and executive coaches. Bill has held various offices within ACP including International Board Member (1996-2004) and Global President (2000-2002). He is also a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and has held various offices over the years.
During the period 2002 to 2006 Bill developed links with The University of Bremen, and with The University of Applied Sciences (The Hochschule) in Bremen, Germany, and delivered programmes on Diversity, Multi-Cultural Teamwork and International Communications (2004-2006).
In his early career Bill worked in management in the retail and telecommunications fields, and subsequently in human resource management in the public sector and utilities. In his mid career he worked in human resources consultancy for KPMG and then joined Moores Rowland, at the time the number 10 worldwide accounting/management consulting firm, where he established a human resources consulting practice. In 1990 he led a management buyout of this function and renamed it CEDAR International. Under his guidance CEDAR grew to become one of the UK’s leading independent consulting practices, with forty-five staff at eight offices throughout the UK and strong global links.
Bill is now the Head of Career Transition for the Rialto Consultancy, an independent UK wide Human Resource consulting practice.

Ray Dance, CMF

Ray established Barthropp Career Consultants Ltd in 1993 following careers in engineering, sales and international account management. He specialises in advanced job search skills, effective interview techniques, remuneration package negotiations, career development and career change. He is considerably experienced in Corporate Outplacement across all staff levels and is an experienced Career Coach.
A Career Management Fellow and Incorporated Engineer, he has also benefited from coaching training at the Hudson Institute, Corporate CoachU and the Coachville.com School of Coaching. He also provides Expert Witness services to the legal profession. Ray qualified as a Fellow Practitioner in 2003 and has served as a Governor on the worldwide board of the Institute for Career Certification International since July 2005.

Victor Colón, CMF

Mr. Víctor Colón Rivera is founder and president of VCR Consulting Group, Inc., a Lee Hecht Harrison Global Partner.
With more than 30 years experience, he is a career management and leadership consulting pioneer in Puerto Rico. Mr. Colón Rivera is also co-founder of the Cavatina Center, a Latin America based leadership development Company, former Regional Human Resources Manager for Westinghouse Electric, Director of Personnel for the New York City Board of Education, District 12, and an Air Traffic Controller during the Viet Nam war.
Mr. Colón Rivera has been featured in newspapers and journals such as The California Career Planning and Adult Development Journal and is the co-author, with David Osborne, of The Reinventing Government Facilitators Guide and Workbook, 1999, Jossey-Bass Publishers.
His executive coaching and leadership development experience spans more than ten years with world-class companies and public sector entities. Mr. Colón Rivera is certified using the 360º feedback, the MBTI® and EQ Personal Develop programs for leadership development and team building. He is co-founder of the Washington DC based Institute for Progressive Leadership, providing leadership development programs to legislative leaders worldwide.
Mr. Colón Rivera is Board Member of the Association of Career Firms International, on the Board of Governors for the Institute of Career Certification International, a Certified Career Management Fellow, Certified with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®,) and master consultant for The Reinventing Government Network, Inc.

Beth Ann Wilson, CMF

Specializing in career planning, transition and management, Beth advises people of all ages from diverse fields and backgrounds. With over thirty years of experience counseling individuals about career and life decisions, she also conducts workshops for corporate, government, non-profit, professional and community organizations.
In 2004, Beth earned recognition as a Career Management Fellow from the Institute of Career Certification International. As a current board member and past president of the Association of Career Professionals International - Greater Philadelphia Chapter, Beth has a strong local and global network of professional colleagues. She co-facilitates a Career Management Forum with the Philadelphia Society of Human Resource Management, is a Work in Retirement guide for ComingofAge.org and is on the Steering Committee for a local job search forum. She earned a M.Ed. in Counseling from Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. from Dickinson College.

Claire has wide experience of providing career coaching to middle and senior managers and outplacement support at all levels and across all business sectors.
She has extensive experience in using personality-profiling tools with individuals and teams in order to enhance self-awareness and working relationships.
A published author, she also writes articles for Web and journals.
Claire is a member of the British Psychological Society, the Association of Business Psychologists and the Association of Career Professionals International.
She is certified as a Career Management Fellow with the Institute of Career Certification International and represents the UK on the governing board.

Nick Hawkins was educated at Cambridge University, England, gaining first class honours in Engineering, and later at the Harvard Business School.
The first 25 years of his career was in manufacturing industry, 22 in the family rope manufacturing business, which became a PLC quoted on the London Stock Exchange. This firm was taken over in 1983 and two years later Nick left and joined the Career Services company, ICM CareerCare Ltd, where he worked until Christmas 2002 as Senior Consultant and Director of Training, he is now an Associate of Rialto in London.
He has worked successfully with a wide range of individuals from new graduates to Chairmen and senior directors of large corporations. Nick was also a non-Executive director of a major public utility for 9 years in the 1980s.
Internationally, until June 2003 Nick was UK President of ACP International and was on the World Council until April 2005. In 1995 he became the UK’s first accredited Fellow of ICC International and is currently a Governor, until December 2008.
He has been happily married for 48 years with 3 grown-up and married children, and 9 grandchildren aged from 4 to 17.
When not working he plays bridge well and golf enthusiastically, off a handicap of 18. As a sideline he makes documentary video films. He is also a travel enthusiast but has not yet managed to get to Antarctica.
