Career Management Fellow (CMF)

• 12 years' work experience, at least 6 years in career services
• Ability to demonstrate 22 Competencies, including all 12 Core Competencies
• Document Competencies using 5 Validation Methods and earning 50 PDCs

Career Management Practitioner (CMP)

• 8 years' work experience, at least 4 years in career services
• Ability to demonstrate 17 Competencies, including all 12 Core Competencies
• Document Competencies using 4 Validation Methods and earning 35 PDCs

Career Management Associate (CMA)

• 3 years' work experience, at least 2 years in career services
• Ability to demonstrate 10 Competencies, at least 6 of which are Core Competencies
• Document Competencies using 3 Validation Methods and earning 15 PDCs
