He served as Vice President of Consulting Operations for OPT MANCE during the implementation of a large scale, three year project... largest ever undertaken by a non-national firm.
Bob is on the Founder's Council of The Association of Career Professionals International , currently serving on its US Country Board. Current President of the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Chapter... he was awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award by the ACP International in 2006... "As a founding member of our Association, for giving your time in setting a direction for professional standards and a focus on technology."
With the advent of the Internet age, Bob served as President of the E Chapter, first of its kind, virtual Chapter. He is quite focused on TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS, as a resource in both career transition and electronic recruitment services...often assisting his clientele with their personal development of technical skills.
Bob served on the Professional Development Committee that conceived of and developed what has become our Profession's credentialing body, the ICCI. He was one of the first in Texas to be awarded his CMF certification.

Don Huse is a coach, consultant, and speaker who inspires people to fulfill their life purpose, through proactive career management and personal branding strategies. He has provided coaching, career development and transition assistance for clients in many industries including information technology, telecommunications, financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, petrochemical, mining, commercial printing and publishing.
After receiving his bachelor's degree in Practical Theology from Howard Payne University and pursuing studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Don spent the next 12 years working to establish new churches in developing areas throughout Texas. Primary responsibilities included leadership development, marketing, training and lecturing.

Kathy's background includes Information Services, Quality, and Educational management positions in the non-profit arena, the publishing and medical device industries, and in an international trade association.
Kathy provides personalized career transition and management consulting, and supports organizational developmental initiatives for individuals, groups and companies in a wide variety of industries. Her strong ability to interact at all organizational levels stems from a background in assessing needs and designing and facilitating service, corporate, and association programs to enhance individual growth, proficiency, productivity, technology awareness, and organizational profitability.
Kathy is a Certified Career Management Fellow Practitioner, is the founding President of the Kansas City Chapter of ACP International (Association of Career Professionals International), and served as President of the US Country Board for ACP International. She also works dynamically within the community, and has facilitated Career Resiliency workshops for a variety of Kansas City based organizations. Kathy received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and her Masters in Management from National-Louis University. In 1992, Kathy and her husband, Jim, moved from the Chicago area to Kansas City, Missouri, where they currently reside.
