Al Owens is a career consultant and business trainer. His international experience, based first in the UK and now in the USA, includes all levels
of HRD and career management assignments. He has played a leadership role in the very successful DFW Chapter of ACP-International for over 15 years. An accredited Fellow of ICC-International, Al serves on the Application Review Committee.

Bob Maher, CMF
Robert J. Maher, CMF, has been in the career services field since 1980,
mostly as an "independent" since 1983. "Bob" has provided services or
spoken to audiences in most major metropolitan areas of the US, and several
in Canada and the UK. He has served a very broad-based and diverse clientele
over the years with a solid reputation for effective group facilitation,
one-on-one coaching, marketing support and consultation at all levels,
including executive. He served as Vice President of Consulting Operations
for OPTÎMANCE during the implementation of a large scale, three year
project... largest ever undertaken by a non-national firm.
Bob is on the Founder's Council of The Association of Career Professionals
International , currently serving on its US Country Board. Current
President of the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Chapter... he was awarded the prestigious
Lifetime Achievement Award by the ACP International in 2006... "As a
founding member of our Association, for giving your time in setting a
direction for professional standards and a focus on technology."
With the advent of the Internet age, Bob served as President of the E
Chapter, first of its kind, virtual Chapter. He is quite focused on
TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS, as a resource in both career transition and
electronic recruitment services...often assisting his clientele with their
personal development of technical skills.
Bob served on the Professional Development Committee that conceived of and
developed what has become our Profession's credentialing body, the ICC
International. He was one of the first in Texas to be awarded his CMF
certification.

Irene Zimmerman, CMF
As a Senior Consultant with KWA Partners, Leaders in Career Management, Irene Zimmerman applies her solid understanding of business management with her passion to help people be more successful in their work lives. Previously, as VP and General Manager with a boutique career management firm, Irene partnered with corporate Canada and its employees to achieve successful workplace outcomes and deliver customer service excellence. A rich and diverse background in marketing, sales, training and consulting along with private, public and government sector experience enables her to support corporate and individual clients through all aspects of the career management process.
Her educational background reflects her passion for lifelong learning and professional development. Irene recently completed a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education through Brock University. She holds a Diploma in Career and Work Counselling from George Brown College, a Diploma in Training and Development from O.I.S.E. and a Business Certificate in Marketing from Humber College.
Irene has achieved Career Management Fellow status through the Institute of Career Certification International. She continues her commitment to the profession through her membership and active participation in the Association of Career Professionals International and Career Certification International.
