ICCI offers a gold standard certification. Since 1994, ICCI has been certifying practitioners, building client confidence and extending professional networks.

Our goal is to encourage both existing and new career and talent management professionals to continually demonstrate excellence. This to provide those seeking a career management professional confidence that they will be working with a properly accredited professional.
